ProForm 525 CSE+ Elliptical Cross Trainer
The ProForm 525 CSE+ elliptical cross trainer provides an effective way to exercise indoors and enables you to get a full body cardio workout. This joint-friendly machine has a 10kg (22lbs) flywheel for a smooth action and there are 20 levels of computer controlled resistance to control intensity. Fitted with a 6” high-contrast LCD display, the cross trainer makes it easy to track your progress. Choose from 19 onboard workouts with the option to further expand your training choices via iFit (30-day Free iFit trial included). A comfortable ride is ensured by a 16″ (41cm) stride, and adjustable pedals enable you to alter the path of the stride and engage different leg muscles. Measure heart rate either with hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth® Smart wireless receiver with an optional chest belt.
